Booking & Cancellation Policy

Garden House

For all bookings made directly though us we require a 25% deposit to secure the dates with the balance payable 28 days prior to arrival. For any cancellations the deposit will be lost unless we rehire all the dates in which case a full refund will be given.

Coach House and Meadow House

For all bookings made directly though us we require full payment to secure the dates. For any cancellations we offer a full refund providing we receive a minimum of 14 days notice.

Payments

We are pleased to accept payments via a bank transfer or by using the secure Stripe online payment portal on our payments page.

Customer Care

We wanted to reassure you that we continue to take every possible step to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.

With that in mind, all our houses undertake comprehensive steps before every booking including hand-washing hygiene and special cleaning products.

High-use areas such as door handles, light switches, bathrooms and even room keys are being cleaned with highly effective anti-bacterial products and extra training has been undertaken by all relevant team members to ensure that, at guest changeover, every room undergoes a most thorough, upgraded cleaning regime, allowing you to have confidence during your stay with us.
