Meadow House, Austin Street Stamford has been completely refurbished with the living areas and garden offering views across the meadows it is the perfect centrally located spot to enjoy all the character and charm Stamford has to offer.

We are sure you will enjoy the comfort and convenience of a completely fitted kitchen, within an open plan lounge/dining area having TV with Netflix, panoramic windows and a balcony, to enjoy a relaxing evening in the summer, watching the sunset over the river or just to curl up in the winter evenings and enjoy that film you never seem to have the time to watch back at home.

The cottage has 2 large bedrooms, one with a king size bed having a fantastic view over the meadows and the town, the other with twin beds and equally as comfortable as the master bedroom. The 2 bedrooms share a well-equipped bathroom whilst downstairs just off the hallway is a shower room and door leading into the large garage with an electric rollover door for your convenience.

The garden has been maintained for you to enjoy privacy with a decked patio area, garden seating & BBQ, lawn and garden with mature shrubs and cottage garden flowers. This beautiful old cottage with its front façade dating back to the 16th Century and a very modern interior set in the centre of Stamford gives you the views, style and comfort to enhance your experience of this historic town, recently voted as the best place to live in the UK. Step outside and you’re immediately in the heart of the town, just a few paces from the river, meadows and vintage shops.
