Stamford Holiday is a family-run business proudly owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Graham and Emma Starmer. With Graham bringing over 25 years of business leadership experience and Emma formally joining as Director in 2024 to oversee operations and guest experieince, we have built a trusted reputation for exceptional hospitality.
Our journey began in 2015 when we opened our first doors to guests visiting Britain’s finest stone town. What started with welcoming large groups to The Garden House and The Coach House as a three bedroom holiday house, quickly grew as visitors fell in love with our prime central locations and attentive, local service.
To meet the high demand from returning holidaymakers, professional contractors, and guests visiting local family, we acquired Meadow House on Austin Street in 2020. Following a comprehensive, top-to-bottom refurbishment, Meadow House opened on 1st November 2020, offering light-filled interiors and stunning, uninterrupted views across the Stamford meadows.
As our business has evolved, so too has our focus. Today, we concentrate exclusively on offering two meticulously maintained self-catering properties: The Coach House and Meadow House.
Together with our dedicated team of local housekeepers and maintenance professionals, we invest in continuous refurbishments to ensure that your accommodation always feels fresh, comfortable, and modern.
